No Returns for Change of Mind or Sizing Issues
We do not accept returns if the item does not fit, or if you change your mind. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their property and space before delivery. -
Ownership on Delivery
Once the item has been delivered and accepted, ownership transfers to you and the item becomes your responsibility. -
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is found to be faulty, we are happy to offer a credit note to the value of the item. This can be used towards any future purchase. Please notify us of any fault within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible. This credit note is valid for 6 months. -
Delivery
We can deliver your item at a cost of £25 if within 10 miles radius of Ipswich. This must be added to your cart and paid before we deliver. Please ensure we have your contact number to arrange the delivery with you.
