Delivery within 10 miles of Ipswich is £25. A delivery charge must be paid before the item is delivered.Please ensure you have given us your contact details so we can call you to arrange the delivery.
For delivery outside this area, please email info@freshstartcharity.org for a quote.

No Returns for Change of Mind or Sizing Issues
We do not accept returns if the item does not fit, or if you change your mind. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their property and space before delivery. -
Ownership on Delivery
Once the item has been delivered and accepted, ownership transfers to you and the item becomes your responsibility. -
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is found to be faulty, we are happy to offer a credit note to the value of the item. This can be used towards any future purchase. Please notify us of any fault within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible. This credit note is valid for 6 months. -
