Ownership on Delivery
Once the item has been delivered and accepted, ownership transfers to you and the item becomes your responsibility. -
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is found to be faulty, we are happy to offer a credit note to the value of the item. This can be used towards any future purchase. Please notify us of any fault within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible. This credit note is valid for 6 months.
